IMPORTANT! Some types of delivery can be unavailable for some products. Pay attention to it when you add products to your cart. Also, if you order to your P.O box, you can only choose delivery by Unregistered Mail.

Shipping rates are true and don't depend on size of your order.

IMPORTANT! Delivery time is approximate and true for most cases. It can depend on holidays season, weather conditions, destination country, and can also be extended according to chosen mail delivery service.

After the parcel is shipped you'll receive a tracking number on your e-mail. You will be able to track your order any time convenient for you. (Available only for First-Class Mail Delivery and Trackable Courier).

Please, make sure you entered a correct shipping address on Checkout page and double check the information before Submit Order. Don't forget to enter all essential information in Address field, including APT or SUITE number, so that your package could reach you on time.

If necessary, you can make corrections or add details to your shipping address within 24 hours from the moment of placing an order. Please, contact our Customer Support team via Contact Us form.

IMPORTANT! Any mistake or missing information in Shipping Address can cause non-delivery (since the package can be returned to sender) and the product will be reshipped at customer's expenses.
